Trénell Ladd is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in guest services, brand ambassadorship, and information technology support. Currently serving as a Business Referral Partner at Bottom Line Concepts, LLC since July 2022, Trénell assists businesses nationwide in claiming funds through the Employee Retention Credit Program, contributing to the success of over 40,000 clients. Previous roles include serving as a Brand Ambassador at ATN Promo and We Know Talent, where Trénell provided exceptional service at major events, and a variety of IT support positions, including Desktop Support Services Technician with the U.S. Department of State and IT Help Desk Support at USmax Corporation. Trénell's foundational training in technology was obtained through the United States Navy, completed from 1997 to 2003.
