Sarah Bolhuis

Sarah Bolhuis, CHRL, CMS has a comprehensive work experience in the field of human resources. Sarah started their career as a Human Resources Generalist at ATS Automation Tooling Systems in September 2007 and worked there until March 2010. Sarah then joined BlackBerry as an Organizational Development Employee Representative from March 2010 to September 2012, followed by working as a Human Resources Business Partner Support Specialist from September 2012 to September 2014. Sarah then returned to ATS Corporation, where they held various roles including Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Analyst, HR Manager for After Sales & Services, Director of Human Resources for After Sales & Service, and Director of Human Resources for Industrial Automation. Sarah'smost recent position is the HR Director for Global Operations, a role they started in January 2023.

Sarah Bolhuis, CHRL, CMS, obtained a BA in Communication Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2006. In 2007, they received a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College. Additionally, Sarah obtained a Certification in Compensation Management Specialist (CMS) from Dalhousie University in 2012. Sarah also holds certifications in CHRL from HRPA, obtained in 2012, and CMS from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP).
