Chris Davies has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Chris is currently working at Audiomob as the General Counsel and has held various roles in the company since 2020. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2022, they worked as the Global General Counsel for Navico, where they oversaw legal matters for the company and its subsidiaries. Before that, they founded CDGC LIMITED and worked as a Founder from 2017 to 2019.
From 2012 to 2017, Chris served as the General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at InMobi, a leading mobile advertising network. Chris was responsible for legal matters and privacy compliance. Additionally, they served as an EMEA Board Director at MEF Mobile from 2013 to 2016 and was a member of the Advisory Board at The Future of Privacy Forum from 2013 to 2015.
Chris has also worked at Kelkoo as the General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Legal Counsel at FT.com & Financial Times Newspaper from 2006 to 2009, where they advised various teams on commercial agreements. Chris started their career as a Solicitor at Wragge & Co LLP from 2002 to 2006.
Chris Davies obtained their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Liverpool from 1996 to 1999. Following this, they pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) in Commercial Intellectual Property at Nottingham Law School from 2009 to 2011. In 2000 and 2001, Chris completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the College of Law.
