Catherine Thomson

Catherine Thomson has a diverse range of work experience. Catherine is currently working at Audley Travel as a People Development Partner. Prior to this, they worked at Brilliant Earth, where they held multiple roles including Learning and Development Manager, Training Lead, and Customer Experience Associate. Catherine also worked at Once Upon A Child as a Sales Associate, where they procured, appraised, and merchandised children's apparel and equipment. Catherine also has experience as a Staffing Manager at Fashionology, an Intern at Flower City Fashionista, and as a Guest Relations Host at The Strong. Additionally, they have interned at Sabina Motasem, where they organized showrooms and assisted in the planning of bridal trade shows. Catherine also has experience as a Sales Associate at Macy's, where they demonstrated product knowledge and promoted Macy's credit cards.

Catherine Thomson completed their high school education at Eastridge High School from 2007 to 2011. After that, they attended Marist College from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising. During their time at Marist College, Catherine also pursued minors in both Business and Public Relations. In 2013, they participated in a Study Abroad Program at the Foundation for International Education in London, UK. In terms of additional certifications, Catherine obtained a Predictive Analytics Certificate from the Fashion Institute of Technology in December 2021. Catherine also completed various online courses, including Foundations of Digital Marketing and E-commerce from Coursera Course Certificates in June 2022, Learning Articulate Rise from LinkedIn in May 2022, Instructional Design: Adult Learners from LinkedIn in April 2022, Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn in March 2022, and How to Build Credibility as a Leader from LinkedIn in February 2022.
