Nicholas Weeks

Nicholas Weeks has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nicholas is currently working as a People Development Partner at Audley Travel, where they assist the People Development team in onboarding, training, and developing Country Specialists and Regional Sales Managers. Nicholas also collaborates with the PD team to improve training curriculum and create new learning resources.

Prior to Audley Travel, Nicholas worked at Road Scholar as a Sales Supervisor from 2014 to 2020. In this role, they focused on developing and coaching a team of sales advisers, maintaining key performance indicators, and improving team performance. Nicholas also managed individual team members' performance and was involved in project management and creating training curriculum.

Before Road Scholar, Nicholas worked at Aspire Lifestyles as a Professional Service Representative, where they handled client requests efficiently, including travel plans, dinner reservations, and event tickets.

Their career began at Ruffalocody LLC as an Associate, where they worked from 2009 to 2013.

Nicholas Weeks completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Nicholas obtained several certifications from LinkedIn. In January and February 2020, they completed certifications in "Building Self-Confidence," "Coaching and Developing Employees," "De-Escalating Intense Situations," "Leading Effectively," "Take a More Creative Approach to Problem-Solving," and "Customer Service: Preventing Turnover." In May 2023, they obtained the certification "Delivery Tips for Speaking in Public" from LinkedIn. Nicholas also acquired the certification "Driving Workplace Happiness" in January 2020.
