Nerida Peever

Nerida Peever has a diverse work experience. Nerida started their career as a Communications Advisor at Aurizon in November 2012 and worked until November 2014. Nerida then joined Rio Tinto Alcan as a Community Relations Officer from November 2011 to February 2012. Nerida returned to Aurizon and held various roles including Process Improvement, Operations Coordinator, Regional Operations Leader, and Analyst Business Excellence. Their most recent position at Aurizon is Principal Operations Strategy and Improvement, which they started in May 2021.

Nerida Peever obtained a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Newcastle from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Journalism at The University of Queensland from 2009 to 2011. In 2012, they also earned a Graduate Certificate in Community Development from The University of Queensland. Additionally, they obtained certification as a "dare to lead trained" from Dare to Lead™ Trained in 2021.
