Talent Operations Lead at Australian Football League

Brooke Brown has extensive work experience in the field of talent operations and player pathways welfare management. Brooke worked as the Talent Operations Lead at AFL - Australian Football League from November 2020 to present. Prior to that, they held the position of Player Pathways Welfare Manager - Victoria from December 2018 to November 2020 at the same organization. Brooke also served as the Wellbeing Manager at AFL Victoria from November 2018 to present.

Additionally, Brooke has experience as the Welfare and Education Manager - Under 18 TAC Cup at GWV Rebels and Vic Country Under 18's from an unknown start date to December 2018. Before that, they worked as a Teacher and Year 12 Co-Ordinator at St. Patricks College from June 2011 to December 2018. Brooke'searlier experience includes the role of Team Manager at North Ballarat Rebels from October 2009 to December 2011.

Brooke Brown received a Bachelor of Management degree in Marketing from Federation University Australia. Brooke then pursued a Graduate diploma in Education at Australian Catholic University from 2001 to 2002. After that, they went on to complete a Masters of Business degree in Sport Management at Deakin University from 2008 to 2012.
