Zerina Sulejmanovic Terzic

Zerina Sulejmanovic Terzic is a professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and legal advisory. Currently serving as the Head of the Talent Acquisition Department at Authority Partners since July 2017, Zerina leads cross-functional teams to synchronize talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals while collaborating with hiring managers and client executives. Prior to this role, Zerina held positions as Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist, overseeing recruitment processes and managing a team, and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz, providing legal counsel in employment law and corporate matters. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Project Assistant at the British Council, where Zerina supported project management activities. Zerina holds a Master's degree in International Law and Legal Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Law, both from the University of Sarajevo.
