Prior to this role, James was the Director of Recruiting at Emirates and the Founder & MD of Headcount. James has also held talent acquisition roles at LinkedIn, Expedia Group, Google, and other companies, showcasing their extensive experience in the recruitment field. James holds a Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on Marketing and Management from Auckland University of Technology.
