Rachel Bliesath has worked in the IT field since 2011. Rachel began their career at Applied Manufacturing Technologies as an IT Help Desk Administrator, where they performed software installs, provided support, and managed license servers for a variety of software. In 2012, Rachel moved to HP Enterprise Services as a Technical Team Lead, where they were the subject matter expert on an web-based application and responsible for training, monitoring, creating and updating agent resources, and providing reports on all agents and tickets. In 2014, Rachel joined Lake Orion Community Schools as an IT Support Technician. In 2016, they moved to BOLD Technologies Computer Services as an IT Specialist. Rachel is currently employed at Auxiom as a Service Delivery Manager.

Rachel Bliesath has a diverse educational background. Rachel obtained their Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Oakland University between 2010 and 2012. Rachel then went on to pursue a degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator from Western Governors University from 2012 to 2013. In addition, Rachel has obtained several certifications from various institutions, such as Microsoft, CompTIA, and CIWcertified, between 2012 and 2017. These certifications include Installing and Configuring Windows 10, Network+, CompTIA Project+, Operating System Fundamentals, CIW JavaScript Specialist, CIW Web Design Specialist, CompTIA A+, CIW Web Foundations, and Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCNET).
