Aman Attree

Aman Attree has extensive work experience in the field of human resources, with a focus on leadership and strategic planning. Aman served as President - Group HR at Avaada Group starting from 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Head Corporate HR at Greenko Group from 2021 to 2023, where they played a crucial role in implementing L&D strategic plans and spearheaded functions such as TA, C&B, and L&D. Aman also worked as an Advisor HR to MD at MFG .FMCG, POWER UTILITIES - advisory service from 2019 to 2021, where they contributed to organizational growth through the development of structure and jobs.

From 2011 to 2019, Aman was the President & Group Head, Corporate HR at HPPPL-(Blackstone Portfolio Co.) Delhi. During this time, they successfully set up the HR function from scratch for the energy business, and played a pivotal role in building comprehensive strategic talent plans.

Before that, Aman served as Vice President and Head HR at Reliance Group from 2002 to 2011. Aman implemented various compensation programs and practices, developed scalable talent programs, and ensured the meeting of manpower requirements for multiple projects.
