Greta Bartkute is a seasoned professional in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as the Global Recruitment Manager and previously as a Global Recruiter at Avant Healthcare Professionals since July 2018. Prior experience includes roles as a personal assistant for a private entity, a recruiter and training instructor at UAB Delta Management Solutions, and staffing coordinator at StaffEx, where responsibilities encompassed recruiting, interviewing, and performance oversight of temporary employees. Greta's foundational experience includes serving as the Assistant Equipment Manager at the University of Tampa while also being a member of the women’s basketball team.
