Brad Langley has a diverse and extensive work experience in the events and hospitality industry. Brad began their career at Eastern Airlines, Inc. as a Manager of National Accounts, where they successfully sold and managed Eastern's largest mega-agency accounts and established co-marketing opportunities with cruise partners. Brad then joined United Airlines as the National Convention and Incentive Sales Manager, where they managed $200 million in worldwide sales and implemented innovative sales strategies to increase market share.
Langley later joined Maritz Travel Company as the Vice-President & Area Manager, where they managed the complete P&L for a $70 million team and led the profitable sale and operation of group programs for Fortune 500 clients. Brad was promoted to Vice-President, Product Services, where they managed procurement and product development and implemented a company-wide re-engineering project.
Langley's next role was as the President & Chief Operating Officer of Creative Group, Inc., a leading meeting planning and incentive management company. During their tenure, they propelled annual revenue from $54 million to $110 million and significantly grew the company's stock value.
After leaving Creative Group, Langley founded Langley Development, LLC, a marketing and hospitality consulting firm. Brad served as President & CEO, working with a broad mix of industry verticals to help them connect with event planning decision-makers and achieve their marketing and business goals.
Langley then joined Nth Degree as the President of the Events Division, where they provided overall strategic direction, launched new product lines, and restructured the division to maximize effectiveness. Brad subsequently joined Zentila as the Chief Operating Officer, where they played a key role in developing a strategic sourcing solution for meetings and events.
Currently, Langley is serving as the VP - Global Strategic Sales at Stova (formerly Aventri), a Live Connection Management software platform. Brad has held various Vice President roles at Stova, including VP, Channel and Enterprise Sales, VP, Channel and Partner Management, and VP, Global Third Party Markets. In these roles, Langley has contributed to the growth and success of the company by driving business, increasing market penetration, and delivering valuable in-person experiences for clients.
Brad Langley received their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Arizona State University, where they studied from 1979 to 1983. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration in Finance from Loyola University Chicago, completing their studies from 1986 to 1989. In addition to their formal education, Brad Langley has also obtained the Certified Incentive Travel Executive certification from the Society of Incentive Travel Executives; however, specific details regarding the month and year of certification acquisition are not available.
