John O. Hansen

John O. Hansen has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. John O. began their career in 1996 as Senior Vice President of Intellisource Group at Safeguard Scientifics, where they achieved 30% year-over-year sales growth for the division. In 1998, they joined Oracle Corporation as Senior Director and directed technical teams deploying Oracle applications and technologies for Fortune 500 companies, state and federal government agencies. In 2011, they were recruited by MicroStrategy as National Practice Director to build their health care industry practice focused on large health care payers and providers. John O. was responsible for orchestrating enterprise data warehouse design and deployment for major multi-site health care system. In 2012, John joined MileStone Plus, LLC as Vice President of Technology Management, a CIO advisory services firm specializing in Oracle ERP, Salesforce CRM, PMO Leadership, and IT professional services. John O. successfully executed system modernization initiatives by implementing enterprise applications, cloud services, agile development, and DevOps enabling strategies, and led PMO for a multi-year business transformation initiative migrating legacy systems to AWS cloud services. In 2018, they were appointed Director of Technology at AVER, LLC.

John O. Hansen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science from the University of San Francisco. John O. also holds four certifications, including ITILv3 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice (obtained in August 2014), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance (obtained in March 2017), Program Management Professional (PgMP) from the Project Management Institute (obtained in November 2014), and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (obtained in July 2005).
