Sameer Pradhan

Sameer Pradhan, PhD, has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Sameer is currently working as the Vice President of Quality at Avet Pharmaceuticals since April 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Quality at Eywa Pharma Inc from July 2018 to March 2021. Sameer also held the position of Head of Quality and cGMP Compliance at Pentec Health Inc from November 2016 to July 2018. Sameer was the Site Quality Head (Sr. Director) at Sun Pharmaceutical Inc from September 2015 to November 2016. Sameer also worked at OHM Laboratories Inc, a SUN Pharma Company USA, where they were the Head Compliance (Director) and Associate Director - CQA. Sameer started their pharmaceutical career as a Senior Manager at Ranbaxy Laboratories in October 2004. Throughout their career, Sameer has been responsible for ensuring cGMP compliance, establishing quality systems, and overseeing quality control and assurance teams. Sameer has also conducted audits, hosted regulatory agency inspections, and implemented corrective action plans. Sameer has traveled extensively to evaluate quality compliance and monitor operations in various regions.

Sameer Pradhan, PhD completed their education in the field of Pharmaceutical Sciences. From 1989 to 1994, they attended Bombay College Of Pharmacy, Kalina and obtained a PhD degree. During the same period, they also pursued their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) at the University of Mumbai.
