Krisztina Mosonyi

Krisztina Mosonyi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service, sales, and relationship management across various industries. Currently serving as a Passenger Service Agent at Aviaserve Ltd since April 2019, Krisztina has also held roles at Emirates as a Customer Sales and Service Agent and at Henley & Partners as a Relationship Manager and Concierge Executive. Prior to these positions, Krisztina spent significant time at ING in key account management and sales, as well as in sales and recruitment roles at Olympus Tours and Grafton Recruitment. Krisztina's career began with hospitality at Carnival Cruise Line and administrative support as an Executive Assistant at Citibank. Krisztina holds a Diploma in Marketing and Advertising from Atalanta Business School and further education in banking and ticket issuing, complemented by a foundational education from the College of the Russian Embassy in Hungary.
