Seth Weinert

As Principal and Director of Strategy and Risk Management, Seth Weinert is principally responsible for the firm’s enterprise strategic planning function. Sitting on the Executive Committee, Seth partners with other leaders to design strategies and the risk management governance that ensures they are carried out in day-to-day operations.

Seth joined Avison Young in 2022. Prior to that, he spent 20 years at JLL working in various account leadership, product management, corporate development, and strategic planning roles. He most recently served as Head of Strategic Planning and Growth for the firm’s Work Dynamics group where he delivered multi-year growth plans and led global transformation workstreams.

Seth began his career with Arthur Andersen where he developed rent estimation models for the U.S. government’s property portfolio, kickstarting his interest in real estate. Seth holds an MBA in Management and Strategy from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Marketing, Journalism from the George Washington University.
