Tammy Baker is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at AVN Corp. since November 2018, Tammy previously held positions such as HR Advisor at AlignHR, Regional Director of Human Resources at Arnett Carbis Toothman LLP, and Chief Operating Officer at ARC of the Three Rivers, Inc. With a solid foundation in compensation analysis, employee relations, and compliance, Tammy has successfully managed HR functions for organizations with up to 2,000 employees, while also guiding merger integrations and enhancing employee engagement initiatives. Tammy holds both an MS in Industrial and Labor Relations and a B.S. in Business Administration from West Virginia University.
