Rodney Gardner Jr has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries.

Rodney started their career as an Apple Master at Apple in 2011, where they managed Apple sales in Boca Raton, Florida. Rodney maintained client relationships and conducted demonstrations and classes to teach customers about product collaboration.

In 2015, they worked as an Account Executive at IDI Intelligence in Development Informatic S.C., managing accounts and conducting face-to-face and web video demonstrations for decision makers and board members of various companies, ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.

From 2016 to 2020, Rodney served as a Senior Case Manager at Kanner & Pintaluga, P.A. Here, they managed a client list of over 175 clients in Georgia, negotiated with insurance companies and medical providers, and was recognized for consistently achieving monthly goals and revenue targets.

In 2020, Rodney became the Executive of Admissions and Workforce Liaison at The Academy of South Florida, overseeing the admission process for the school and closing deals with tech companies, Fortune 500 companies, and government officials.

In 2021, Rodney founded United Fathers LLC, an organization dedicated to helping single fathers gain time sharing and establish father rights.

Rodney also worked as a Corporate Admission Liaison at Aware Recovery Care, Inc. from 2021 to 2023, responsible for maintaining contact with senior executives, preparing reports, and implementing call center competencies and communication guidelines.

In 2023, they became the Northeast Admissions Team Lead for CT, MA, RI, NH, and ME, where they supervised admissions staff and coordinated the admissions process.

Rodney Gardner Jr pursued a Biology Major with a Business Minor at Florida Atlantic University. Additionally, they completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Biology at City College-Fort Lauderdale, specializing in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic).
