Dennis van der Zwaag

Dennis van der Zwaag has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dennis currently holds the position of Director of Operations & Service at AWETA - World of Sorting Technology since August 2022. Before that, they were the Service Director at the same company from August 2021 to August 2022.

Prior to their current role, Dennis worked at JBT FoodTech from 2015 to 2021. Dennis held various positions such as Valuestream manager Filling & Blowmoulding, Manager of Operations & Projects, Manager Projects Department, and Senior project manager and manager of the project department. In these roles, they were responsible for the execution of projects, leading departments, and managing a team of project managers.

Before joining JBT FoodTech, Dennis worked at Stork Food and Dairy Systems as an International Project Manager from 2008 to 2015. Here, they were responsible for managing the completion of new processing and filling lines for the dairy, juice, and pharmaceutical industries.

Prior to that, they worked at Van Dam Machine Europe B.V. as the Manager of the Planning Department from 2007 to 2008. In this role, they supervised logistics, procurement, and production for the assembly of cup printing machines.

Dennis started their career at Genius Klinkenberg Int as an Assistant Manager Production from 2003 to 2006. Here, they worked on cost-efficient production strategies after the company's bankruptcy.

Dennis also worked as a Student, Msc Mechanical Engineering at Bloemenveiling Aalsmeer in 2002.

Dennis van der Zwaag's education history includes a variety of training and degrees. In 1992, they graduated from high school at College Hageveld, where they earned a high school diploma. Dennis then attended Delft University of Technology from 1993 to 2003, obtaining a Master of Science (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering and Maintenance Engineering. In 2004, they completed a training program in Boeing Lean Manufacturing. From 2009 to 2010, they attended Stork Academy - Nimo, where they earned a degree in Project Management (Ipma C). In 2015, they received additional training in "Leidinggeven aan Professionals" from Schouten & Nelissen and obtained VCA - vol certification. In 2016, they completed the JBT - Lean Enterprise training. Additionally, they obtained the Ipma C certification from the International Project Management Association in March 2013.
