Norlida Azmi

Norlida (Oli) Azmi, Chartered FCIPD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently semi-retired, Azmi serves as an advisor for multiple initiatives, including the Well-being@Work© Movement, Build A Future Team, and the Future Leaders Internship Program. Previously, Azmi held the position of Group Chief People Officer at Axiata, demonstrating a significant commitment to leadership and people management. Azmi earned an MBA in International Finance from Northern Illinois University, where studies were completed between 1980 and 1985, and attended Assunta Secondary School from 1975 to 1979.
