Shelin Xu

Shelin Xu has a diverse range of work experience. They started their career as a Graphic Design Intern at Jinyi Advertising in 2016. In 2017, they began working as a Communications Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, while also freelancing as an Art Director and Motion Graphics Artist. In 2018, they briefly worked as a Public Relations Assistant at the University of Wisconsin Center for Tobacco Research and Intervention. In 2019, they joined Hoffman York as a Content Designer and later became a Content Art Director. Finally, in 2021, they joined Axios as a Senior Designer & Animator and then transitioned to the role of Associate Director, Design & Animation in 2023.

Shelin Xu attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications Arts, Art History, and Digital Studies. They also have a certification in Advanced Expressions in After Effects from the School of Motion, obtained in 2023.
