Otto Elkins

Otto Elkins is an accomplished legal and insurance professional currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Claims Manager for Cyber at AXIS Capital, with prior roles as Assistant Vice President and Claims Consultant for Cyber/Tech E&O. Elkins has extensive experience as a Senior Attorney at both ABA Insurance Services and Progressive Insurance, and began a legal career as an Associate at Ulmer & Berne, LLP.
