Jon Lum

Jon Lum has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Jon started their career in the US Army, where they served in various leadership roles and commanded teams in combat globally. In 2013, they transitioned to Deloitte as an Engagement Manager, leading a large-scale operational transformation for a global retailer. In 2015, Jon joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Senior Global Expansion Manager in Corporate Development. Jon played a key role in the successful launch of 25 new AWS offices in 20 different countries, developing tailored growth and expansion strategies. From 2019 to 2021, they served as the Head of Infrastructure for the Middle East and Head of Power Programs for Global Data Center Strategy and Delivery at AWS. In 2021, Jon joined Team Rubicon as the Chief Strategy Officer, overseeing global growth strategies and coordinating international expansion plans. Currently, they are the Head of Global Markets, TASER at Axon.

Jon Lum has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in International Relations and Affairs from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
