Dian McDougall

Dian McDougall has over 10 years of experience in project management. Dian worked as a Senior Project Manager at IBM Global Technology Services from 2005 to 2014, where they managed complex infrastructure projects for American Express. Dian also had extensive technical experience in various areas such as data warehouses, server builds, web-based projects, storage implementations, and disaster recovery. In 2014, they joined Axway as a Principal Project Manager, leading and managing a large portfolio of projects focused on Cloud/SAAS implementations, generating $2.5 million in revenue. Dian was responsible for planning and managing scope, schedule, and budget for deliverables according to project management standards and service level agreements.

Dian McDougall has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Information Technology / Project/Business Management from Walsh College. They also hold an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Macomb Community College. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including ITIL Foundations 2011 from PeopleCert and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
