Eliza Jacobs

Eliza Jacobs is a seasoned professional in research and learning enablement, currently serving as Sr. Learning Enablement Manager at aytm since July 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Director and Associate Director of Consumer Insights & Analysis at the Public Broadcasting Service from January 2015 to June 2022, where Eliza conducted both qualitative and quantitative research to support strategy and decision-making. Eliza worked as a Researcher in Human Capital & Workforce Analytics at SHRM from February 2011 to December 2014, leading research efforts and designing survey instruments. Eliza's background also includes positions as Associate Director of Research for PBS, Graduate Summer Fellow at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and Summer Research Associate at the Pew Internet and American Life Project. Eliza holds a doctoral coursework degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Temple University, an MA in Communication, Culture, and Technology from Georgetown University, and a BA in Communication from the University of Pennsylvania.
