Artem Nikolaenko

Artem Nikolaenko has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Artem is currently working at babelforce as the Head of SRE since December 2021. Before that, they worked at babelforce as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer from December 2020 to November 2021. Prior to their time at babelforce, Artem worked at SIXT as a Software Development Engineer II from August 2020 to October 2020. At SIXT, they were involved in managing Nexus staff, setting up Docker registry, configuring RPM build pipelines, optimizing CI/CD processes, and configuring slack integrations. Before SIXT, Artem worked at IPONWEB as a Sr. SysOps from February 2019 to August 2020, where they worked on various tasks such as speeding up the inventory system, developing Puppet modules, migrating projects between cloud providers, and configuring CI/CD pipelines. Artem also worked as a Monitoring OPS and Duty OPS during their time at IPONWEB. Prior to IPONWEB, Artem worked at Digital supermarket DNS as a Sr. System/Network Engineer, where they maintained and supported retail chains. Artem also worked at Hypermarket "SuperGood" as a Jr. system engineer, where they participated in building IT infrastructure. Lastly, they started their career at Redcom Internet as an intern, where they connected clients to the company network and gained experience in network equipment and monitoring.

Artem Nikolaenko holds an Engineer's degree in Networks and Communication Systems from the Siberian State University of Telecommunications and Information Science, which they obtained from 2009 to 2013. Prior to this, they completed their Technician degree in Networks and Communication Systems from the same university, from 2006 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Artem has obtained several certifications. Artem completed the course "Building Containerized Applications on AWS" from Coursera in October 2020. In June 2020, they also completed the course "AWS Fundamentals: Going Cloud-Native" from the same platform. Furthermore, in June 2019, Artem acquired certification in "Preparing for the Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer Exam" through Coursera.
