Gaëlle Vergnes

Gaëlle Vergnes has a diverse work experience in various roles in the marketing and brand management field. Gaëlle started their career as an Assistant Product Manager at L'Oréal in 2010, specializing in Garnier products. Gaëlle then joined Coty Beauty as an Assistant Brand Manager, working on adidas & Lifestyle fragrances and later transitioning to Assistant Product Manager for Celebrity Fragrances. In 2013, they joined Fragrance Factory Ltd as a Brand Manager.

Gaëlle'scareer at Bacardi began in 2015, where they first worked as a Brand Manager for Southern Europe. Gaëlle then became a French Ambassador for the Bacardi Diversity Program, which they held until 2020. While at Bacardi, they also took on the role of Marketing Manager for Martini in France and Italy, where they were responsible for creating the marketing strategy and implementing plans. Gaëlle also served as the Diversity & Inclusion Lead for France. Currently, they are the Brand Director for Incubation Brands in France and Italy at Bacardi.

Gaëlle Vergnes completed their Msc in Management with a specialization in Marketing from emlyon business school from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they studied Economique & Commercial at Lycée Ozenne from 2005 to 2007.
