Josh Jackson

Josh Jackson has a diverse work experience in sales operations and management. Josh is currently working as the Director of Sales Operations at Backlight since July 2022. Previously, they held positions at Akamai Technologies, Seven Bridges, SmashFly Technologies, and Phyre Inc. At Akamai Technologies, they served as the Senior Manager of Sales Operations for North America from April 2020 to September 2022 and as a Sales Operations Manager from October 2018 to April 2020. At Seven Bridges, they worked as a Sales Operations Manager from July 2017 to October 2018. At SmashFly Technologies, they held multiple roles, including Sales Operations Manager from April 2016 to July 2017, Senior Analyst of Sales Operations from May 2015 to March 2016, and Sales Operations Analyst from August 2014 to May 2015. Josh co-founded Phyre Inc and served as the Growth Lead from January 2013 to July 2014. Josh started their career at State Street as a Corporate Systems & Operations Intern from June 2011 to February 2013.

Josh Jackson attended Xaverian Brothers High School, where they completed their secondary education in 2009. Josh then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a concentration in Information Systems at Boston College, which they completed in 2013.
