Scott Monteiro

Scott Monteiro is a seasoned culinary professional currently serving as Corporate Executive Chef at Bahama Breeze since May 2023. Previously, Scott held the role of Human Resources Partner at Eddie V's Prime Seafood from June 2018 to May 2023. Scott has extensive experience at Darden as a Learning And Development Specialist from May 2017 to May 2018 and spent over a decade at The Capital Grille, where positions included Executive Chef Partner, Beverage Manager, and Sous Chef. Scott earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Johnson & Wales University between 2002 and 2004.
