Allyson Madore

Allyson Madore has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Allyson began their career at Hibernia National Bank, where they held positions such as Senior Customer Service Representative and Deposit Product Consultant and Training Lead. During this time, they played a key role in launching the bank's first product and sales e-learning suite and led the annual mystery shop training for branch managers.

Allyson then joined Capital One as a Learning Consultant and later became a Learning Manager. In these roles, they consulted with business leaders and subject matter experts to design and develop learning solutions for employees at various levels and locations. Allyson also created an Onboarding program to improve employee engagement and competency.

Allyson then became an Independent Instructional Designer/Business Owner at Panna LLC before joining Baker Communications, Inc. as a Senior Learning Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Instructional Design at Baker Communications, Inc.

Overall, Allyson has demonstrated expertise in instructional design, training program development, and cross-functional collaboration throughout their career.

Allyson Madore holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of New Orleans, which they obtained in 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from McMaster University in 1996. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained an Articulate Storyline Certificate and an E-Learning Instructional Design Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in 2016. In 2008, they also obtained an Associate's Certificate in Project Management from TwentyEighty Strategy Execution.
