Costin Mocanu

Costin Mocanu has a diverse work experience in the field of electrical and EDS engineering. They most recently worked at Ballard Motive Solutions as a Lead EDS Engineer, where they started in February 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Electrical Engineer at the same company from December 2021 to February 2022. They also worked as an Electrical Engineer at Ballard Motive Solutions from January 2021 to December 2021.

Before joining Ballard Motive Solutions, Costin Mocanu worked at YAZAKI EUROPE LIMITED as an EDS CAD Engineer from January 2019 to August 2020. Prior to that, they gained experience at LEONI, where they had various roles including EDS CAD Engineer from April 2017 to June 2018, EDS DVP Team Coordinator from April 2016 to April 2017, and EDS DVP Engineer from June 2015 to April 2016.

Costin Mocanu started their career at Assystem as an EDS CAD Engineer in the automotive sector from September 2013 to June 2015. They also worked as a Harness Design Engineer in the aeronautics sector at Assystem from September 2012 to September 2013.

Their work experience began with an internship at Toyota Motor Corporation in June 2011, where they gained valuable industry exposure.

Costin Mocanu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, they have also pursued various certifications and courses to enhance their skills and knowledge. These include certifications in leadership communications, systems thinking for product designers, sales techniques, and first aid. Costin has also completed specialized training programs in C3PNG (a course offered by Jaguar Land Rover), 5S preparation, Catia V6 and Enovia V6, and technical communication. Costin Mocanu also obtained a Cambridge Advanced Exam certification from the British Council.
