Jeremy Fort has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Starting from 1997, they worked as an Auditor at KPMG until 2000. Jeremy then joined Cerner Corporation in 2000 and held multiple roles, including Director of HR Business Partner and Sr. Manager of Compensation & HR Operations Leader. During their time at Cerner, they led teams and implemented various HR programs. In 2021, Jeremy worked as a Fractional/Outsourced HR Leader at CFO Systems, LLC, providing financial and HR leadership to companies on demand. Currently, they are the Corporate Director of Compensation & HR Analytics at Bally's Corporation, where they are responsible for implementing compensation strategies and HR analytics to attract and retain top talent. Jeremy's experience spans across industries and includes roles with increasing responsibilities.

Jeremy Fort has a Master's of Science (MS) in Accounting & Information Systems from The University of Kansas, which they obtained from 1995 to 1996. Jeremy also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting & Business Administration from The University of Kansas, which they obtained from 1990 to 1994. Additionally, they have obtained a Certificate in Healthcare Leadership from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2015 and completed a certification in Building Resilience from LinkedIn in 2020.
