Mike Rokovich

Director of Data Insights at Balsam Brands

Born in New York, raised in Pittsburgh, and finally settling on the west coast has not only sealed Mike's status as a lifelong Steelers fan, but also provided him with a broad and measured perspective on work and life. In 2016, Mike joined Balsam Brands to lead our global CRM and Database Marketing team. Mike brought with him a deep experience in combining marketing and data from numerous other multi-channel retailers, including Williams-Sonoma, Art.com, Electronic Arts, and eBay.

In 2020, Mike was tapped to create Balsam’s Data Insights function. This global team now serves as the champion for understanding data’s impact across the company and is responsible for data science, analytics, reporting, and data governance.

Mike holds an MBA from the University of San Francisco and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh. If given a choice of any superpower, Mike would choose the ability to make anyone laugh with just a wink of his eye because work and life are more fun with laughter.
