Davidson Girard is the CTO and Founder of Balto. Prior to Balto, Davidson was an Account Executive at TopOPPS from November 2015 to February 2017. While at TopOPPS, Davidson was named Clutch Player of the Year and Sales Contributor of the Year. Prior to TopOPPS, Davidson was the Director of Business Development at PFITR from May 2015 to November 2015. At PFITR, Davidson built outbound sales strategies that increased PFITR's lead volume by more than 260% in less than 5 months.

Prior to PFITR, Davidson was the Founder of DoorStep Fitness from March 2011 to May 2015. At DoorStep Fitness, Davidson built a direct-to-home personal training company that grew to over 100 clients and 5 personal trainers on staff. Prior to DoorStep Fitness, Davidson was the President and Founder of BCC Charitable Investment Group from September 2009 to May 2011. At BCC Charitable Investment Group, Davidson started an organization that invests in the stock market and donates capital gains to charity.

Davidson Girard received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, with a major in Entrepreneurship and Marketing, and a minor in Psychology. They also hold certification from the Association of Public Treasurers of the US & Canada as an Advanced Public Funds Investment Manager, and from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as both a Corrective Exercise Specialist and a Certified Personal Trainer. Additionally, they are certified by the American Academy of Professional Coders in HIPAA Compliance.
