Laura Bagheri

Laura Bagheri has extensive experience in banking and community programs, currently serving as the Community Banking Training & Development Manager at Banc of California since April 2018. In addition, Laura holds the position of Vice President and Director of Programs at Junior Achievement of San Diego County, a role maintained since January 2016. Prior to these positions, Laura worked for Union Bank as a Training Program Manager from February 1997 to September 2015, demonstrating a strong background in training and development within financial institutions.
