Erik Arrais V.

Erik Arrais V. began their work experience as a Semiconductors Researcher at Universidade Federal de São Carlos in 2002. Erik Arrais then worked as an Intern at 3M in 2004 before joining Citi as a Management Associate - Trainee in 2005. At Citi, Erik held various roles, including Business CoB Coordinator and Brazil OBC Head. In 2011, they moved to Itaú Unibanco, where they served as a Gerente e PMO de Projetos de Riscos e Finanças, Gerente de Riscos, and Superintendente de Operações. In 2021, they took on roles at Banco Next as Head of Operations and later as Risk Management Head. Currently, Erik is the Head of Risk Management at Bradesco, starting in 2022.

Erik Arrais V. holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physics Engineering from UFSCar Alumni, obtained in 2000-2004. Subsequently, they pursued various executive and managerial education programs, including an Executive MBA from FIA in Economics and Finance in 2008-2009, a Management Executive Post Graduation from the University of La Verne in Business Strategy in 2010-2011, an Executive Management program at The Wharton School in Strategic Risk Management in 2017, an MBA from The University of Manchester in Business/Managerial Economics in 2018-2019, a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in Business Management in 2019-2021, and a Management Education program at IESE Business School in Administration and Business in 2022. Additionally, Erik has obtained various certifications in Strategic Thinking, Project Management, Financial Planning, and Business Continuity.
