Bruno Campos has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Bruno started their career as a Marketing Intern at Infoglobo in 2001 and later worked as a Project Coordinator at Ability from 2003 to 2004. In 2005, they took on the role of Marketing Coordinator at SportLink before joining C&A Brasil as a Trainee in 2005. Bruno then became the Store Operations Manager at C&A Brasil from 2006 to 2009. Bruno then transitioned to Nike, where they held various positions including Store Operations Coordinator, Digital Commerce Manager, and ultimately Digital Commerce Director from 2009 to 2015. Bruno then moved on to ZX Ventures as the Head of E-commerce from 2015 to 2017. Bruno's next role was at General Motors South America, where they served as the Mercosur Digital Marketing and Analytics Director from 2017 to 2019, followed by the South America Digital Marketing and Analytics Director from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Bruno holds the position of Head of Marketing (CMO) at Banco PAN since 2022.

Bruno Campos has a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Marketing from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, obtained between 1999 and 2003. In 2005, they earned an MBA in Marketing from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.

Following that, they pursued various executive education programs, including Digital Marketing from Harvard Business School in 2011, and Data-Driven Marketing from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2014.

For their master's degree, Bruno completed a Master of Science in Business Administration and Strategy from FGV EAESP - Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo da Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2018 to 2020.

Continuing their education, they participated in multiple executive education programs such as Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online in 2019, as well as Business Analytics, Economics, and Accounting from Harvard Business School Online in 2018.

In the same year, they were involved in executive education programs in Global Advanced Management at Koç University and Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. In 2015, they completed an extension program on Exponential Organizations from SingularityU Benelux.

Lastly, Bruno pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business and Strategy from FGV EAESP - Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo da Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they are expected to complete between 2022 and 2027.

Additionally, they obtained certifications in Google Ads - Search Networks from Google Ads in April 2020 and Adobe Analytics Business Practitioner from Adobe in 2019.
