Leandro Marçal Araujo

Leandro Marçal Araujo has a diverse and extensive work experience. Leandro recently served as the Technology and Operations Director (CIO/COO) at Banco PAN. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Superintendent at Itaú Unibanco from 2019 to 2020. Leandro also pursued higher education at MIT Sloan School of Management, where they completed the Sloan Fellow MBA program. Leandro has had multiple roles at Itaú Unibanco, including IT Superintendent, Systems Engineering Manager, and IT Manager, where they were responsible for managing various aspects of the bank's technology operations. Before their tenure at Itaú Unibanco, Leandro worked as an IT Manager at Garantec and as an IT Coordinator at Pirelli Tyres. Leandro also gained experience as a System Analyst at Charles River, Pirelli Tyres, and NorthgateArinso, and began their career as an IT Intern at Pirelli Tyres.

Leandro Marçal Araujo holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Administration and Management. Leandro completed their MBA from Insper - Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained post-graduation in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2009. Leandro also holds a graduation degree in Data Processing from FATEC-BS Faculdade de Tecnologia da Baixada Santista, completed in 2007. Leandro Marçal Araujo started their educational journey by acquiring a Technician in Development of Commercial Systems from Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de São Paulo in 2005. In addition to their formal education, they have certifications in ITIL Foundation v3 and AWS Cloud Practitioner, obtained in 2016 and 2020 respectively.
