Yuri Quadros

Yuri Quadros has extensive work experience in various roles related to internal audit, compliance, and risk management. Starting in 2006, Yuri worked at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant in Enterprise Risk Services, where they focused on risk management and internal controls for Brazilian companies. In 2010, they joined Vale as a Compliance Coordinator and later became a Senior Internal Auditor. At Winnipeg Airports Authority, Yuri served as an Internal Auditor from 2016 to 2017. Yuri Quadros, then returned to Vale, where they held positions as the Head of Compliance for the Pelletizing and Manganese Department and later for Vale Oman. Most recently, Yuri worked at B3 as an Audit Superintendent until 2023, before joining Banco PAN as the Head of Internal Audit. Yuri holds several certifications including CIA, CRMA, CCSA, and CFE.

Yuri Quadros obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in 2008. In 2017, they earned a Post Graduate Certificate in International Business - PGIB from the Manitoba Institute of Trades and Technology. Yuri Quadros, also holds multiple certifications, including Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Certification in Control Self-Assessment (CCSA).
