Patrick Kucharski

Patrick Kucharski has extensive work experience in various roles within the industrial and sales industry. From 2018 to present, they served as the Business Line Director at BAND-IT IDEX, where they led growth investment strategies and managed a high-performing team. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2018, they held the position of Sales Director - North America at the same company, overseeing the performance of a business development team and driving revenue growth in the region. From 2015 to 2017, Patrick worked as a Global Product Manager, responsible for developing product line strategies and managing revenue and pricing. Before joining BAND-IT IDEX, they gained experience as a Regional Sales Manager at THE FLUID POWER HOUSE INC. / WIND POWER HOUSE, where they focused on managing distributors, implementing strategic plans, and driving sales growth. As a Technical Account Manager / Project Manager at the same company from 2007 to 2010, Patrick contributed to the growth of sales in the wind energy, industrial, and mobile markets.

Patrick Kucharski has studied Mechanical Engineering Mechatronics at St. Clair College. Patrick has also completed the Fluid Power Society Hydraulic Specialists Program at Mohawk College.
