Budhi Dyah Sitawati

Budhi Dyah Sitawati is an Independent Commissioner of PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk since 27 August 2010 (received BI approval on 1 April 2011. His career began as an Auditor at the Public Accounting Firm (KAP) Drs. Utomo & Co. (SGV/Arthur Andersen) (1982-1984). Subsequently, she became an Auditor at Price Waterhouse Sydney, Australia, and then at Price Waterhouse Jakarta/KAP Drs Hadi Sutanto & Rekan (1986-1989). She then became a tax consultant and became a Tax Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Indonesia (1989-2005). She is an advisor to the Special Committee on Taxation Act, Commission XI DPR RI (2006-2009) and a Lecturer at MAKSI/PPAK – Faculty of Economics, the University of Indonesia since 2007. Currently she is a Technical Advisor at PT Prima Wahana Caraka (PwC - Tax, Indonesia) since 2010.
