Cynthia Chua

Cynthia Chua has extensive experience in the banking and IT sectors, currently serving as the Head of Operations and Technology Consumer Banking at OCBC Bank since May 2009, overseeing business and processing for loans, investments, and cards. Prior roles at OCBC Bank include Head of Business Analyst Consumer Banking and Lead Business Analyst for Consumer Banking Services, along with four years as an IT Project Manager in Enterprise Data Warehouse and Consumer Banking domains. Before joining OCBC Bank, Cynthia worked as an IT Consultant at the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore and as a Senior System Analyst at Singapore Technologies Electronics. Cynthia Chua holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
