Fabienne Baker

Fabienne Baker serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Bank of Africa United Kingdom Plc, with additional roles on the Risk Committee and Governance & Remuneration Committee. Fabienne is actively involved as a Board Member and Treasurer for GRIT South Africa, which focuses on supporting victims of domestic violence. Additionally, Fabienne co-founded the Working Moms Academy and held the position of Vice-President at the Fortuite Foundation, dedicated to combating loneliness among the elderly. Previous experience includes serving as CFO and on the Executive Management Board at State Street Bank International and holding various senior roles at Citi, including Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and CFO for multiple regions. Fabienne began a career in auditing at Arthur Andersen & Co. and holds an MBA from INSEAD alongside various certifications in psychology from Yale University.
