Eric Chan

Eric Chan has substantial experience in the banking and finance industry, with a focus on technology roles. Eric is currently serving as Head of Technology - Operations & Bankwide at Bank of Singapore since 2018. Prior to that, they held prominent positions at Citi as Head of Technology Hong Kong, Head of Consumer Technology North Asia and later as ICG In-country Technology Head & Chief Architect from 2012 to 2018. Before joining Citi, Eric worked at UBS as the Wealth Management Head of IT in Singapore from 2007 to 2012. Eric initially began their career at Citibank in 1989 and held various roles in Global Wealth Management IT until 2007.

Eric Chan received a BSc(Hons) degree in Computer Science and Economics from Manchester Metropolitan University from 1986 to 1989. Later, from 1998 to 2000, they pursued an MBA degree at Imperial College London.
