The board of directors at Bank of the Sierra has a history of experience in the banking industry. The chairman of the audit committee is from Sierra Bancorp, the president is from Rabobank N.A., and the CEO is from Zions Wealth Management. The president of First Interstate Wealth Management and the EVP of FIBS are also on the board, as well as a board member from First Interstate Bank. All members of the board have experience in different aspects of the banking industry, giving them a well-rounded perspective on how to run the bank.
