The executive team at Bank of the Sierra has a history of experience in the banking and finance industry. The team members have worked at various banks and financial institutions, including Gateway First Bank, Gateway Mortgage Group, LLC, Guaranty Bancorp, Guaranty Bank & Trust, Banc of California, Flagstar Bank, CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank, Equity Bank, Sunflower Bank, Sierra Bancorp, Kings River State Bank, Visalia Community Bank, and Rabobank. The team members have also pursued higher education at Truman State University, Pennsylvania State University, Kansas Wesleyan University, Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at SMU, California State University, Fresno, Cal State Bakersfield, and the University of Virginia.
