Andrea Castro

Andrea Castro began their career in 2018 as a Commercial Recruiter at RHM Staffing Solutions. In 2019, they joined Banker Wire as the Human Resources Director and Recruiting and Training Coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for designing and implementing overall recruiting strategies, consulting with managers to discover staff requirements, sourcing candidates, making hiring decisions, conducting onboarding paperwork and safety training, mapping out annual training plans, designing and developing training programs, selecting appropriate training methods, conducting organization-wide training needs assessments, evaluating and screening resumes and cover letters, using recruiting tools, and conducting interviews.

Andrea Castro completed their Associate's degree in Marketing from Gateway Technical College between 2012 and 2015. Andrea then went on to receive their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside in 2017. In addition, they obtained a Retail Management Certificate and a Sales Certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
