Prashant Dixit

Prashant Dixit has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Prashant began their career as a Program Manager at Aditi Technologies, where they led functional and technical teams in the development of software products and services across industries. Prashant then joined Citi as a Manager, where they worked for three years before moving on to Barclays as a Product & Portfolio Manager - Cards. After their tenure at Barclays, Prashant joined Standard Chartered Bank as the Head of Cards Portfolio Management, responsible for implementing strategies to ensure profitable growth in the receivables book.

In 2011, Prashant joined Mastercard as a Vice President, starting with the role of Vice President, Debit Management, APMEA, where they led multiple market and issuer engagements and gained extensive knowledge of markets from the retail banking landscape to regulatory and consumer behavior. Prashant then served as the Vice President, Head of Strategic Initiatives, Core Products, where they were responsible for creating and driving the strategy for Core Products in MEA. Finally, their last role at Mastercard was Vice President, Consumer Credit Lead - India & South Asia.

Following their time at Mastercard, Prashant worked as a Head of Products - Consumer at TransUnion CIBIL Limited for a short period before moving on to the National Bank of Kuwait as the Head of Cards Portfolio Management. Prashant then joined First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), first serving as the Vice President - Customer Portfolio & Pricing Management and later transitioning to the role of Vice President - Personal Lending Products.

Throughout their career, Prashant has also contributed as a volunteer for the World Food Programme, where they worked on developing a business case for driving advocacy of the School Meal Program within the government. Overall, Prashant Dixit's work experience showcases their expertise in various aspects of portfolio management, strategy development, and leadership roles within the finance and technology sectors.

Prashant Dixit holds a PGDCM degree in Finance and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, which they obtained from 2002 to 2004. Prashant also completed an MBA program with a focus on Finance and Marketing in 2003 from KU Leuven. Furthermore, Dixit earned a B. Tech degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, Dixit has obtained certification in Machine Learning from Stanford Online and Pricing Strategy Optimization Specialization from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
