Warren Taylor has a strong background in the financial industry, with a focus on banking and customer service. Warren is currently serving as the EVP and Director of Customer Service at BM Technologies, Inc. (BMTX), also known as BankMobile, a digital-only start-up bank that they co-founded in 2013. In this position, they lead a leadership team of over 300 team members.

Prior to their role at BankMobile, Warren Taylor worked at Customers Bank as the President of Community Banking from 2009 to 2013. During their tenure, they successfully grew deposits from $160 million to $1.8 billion, with $1.4 billion achieved through organic growth.

Before their time at Customers Bank, Taylor served as the President of the NJ Division at Sovereign Bank for 16 years, from 1989 to 2009. Warren was responsible for growing the market from nothing to an $8 billion market through a combination of organic growth and the acquisition of other banks. During this period, Taylor focused on creating a uniformed culture, developing a high-performing team, and leading the bank towards achieving its goals.

Taylor's career in the banking industry began at Yardley Bank in 1984, where they held various positions including CEO, Controller, and CFO. At Yardley Bank, they took the company public and later played a crucial role in negotiating the bank's sale to Sovereign Bank.
